Atenzo Technologies ("Atenzo", "we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data — including biometric data — with transparency, security, and care. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our products and services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Biometric Data

For our AI Attendance, Surveillance, and Nanny Monitor products, we process facial imagery to generate mathematical "face embeddings" — numerical representations of facial geometry. We do not store raw photographs unless you explicitly opt in to evidence storage features.

1.2 Usage & Device Data

We collect device identifiers, IP addresses, app usage logs, and camera stream metadata to operate and improve our services.

1.3 Contact & Account Data

Name, email address, phone number, and company details provided when you register or contact us.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver AI identification, attendance logging, and alerting features
• To improve the accuracy and performance of our recognition models
• To send product updates, invoices, and support communications
• To comply with legal obligations

We never sell your personal or biometric data to third parties. We never use your data to train models for other customers without explicit consent.

3. Data Storage & Security

Face embeddings are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We offer on-premise deployment for customers requiring local data residency. Cloud data is hosted on AWS/Azure servers in India or your chosen region.

4. Data Retention

Attendance logs are retained for 3 years by default (configurable). Face embeddings are deleted immediately upon user removal or account termination. Video clips are retained for 7 days on the free tier and up to 365 days on paid plans.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@atenzo.ai. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for navigation and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to improve our content. You can opt out of analytics cookies via our cookie banner.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
